Common questions
How much does it cost?
It depends on what the system has to do, so you get a fixed price after the first conversation, before any work starts. Small systems start from 3,400 DH. You pay once, with no monthly subscription: half to start, half on delivery.
How long does it take?
A small system usually takes a few weeks. You get a delivery date together with the price, before we start.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. The app runs on your own computer and keeps working when the connection drops. If several people or several branches need to use it together, it can also run online.
Who owns my data, and where is it kept?
You do. In the offline version it stays on your own computer, and in every case we never share it with anyone.
What if something breaks, or I want a change later?
If something we built doesn’t work as agreed, we fix it free of charge for 2 months after delivery. New features are quoted separately, at a fixed price, before we start.
Can you bring in my existing Excel files?
Yes. Send us your Excel files and we load your members, cars or products into the app, so you don’t start from zero.
What language is the app in?
The one you and your staff work in: French, Arabic or English. We agree on it at the start.
